Job summary

A leading company in Pretoria is seeking a skilled individual to manage tenant-landlord communications and ensure smooth operations. The role involves coordinating maintenance, processing invoices, and maintaining residential applications. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, relevant experience, and a BCom Management degree.

Job description

You will be the main contact between the tenant and the Landlord.

Ensuring all communication runs smoothly, co-ordinating any maintenance projects or requests.

Ensuring residential applications, deposits, and leases are up to date.

Processing invoices.

Experience required:

  1. 1-2 years within a similar environment.
  2. Really good organisational skills.
  3. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel).
  4. BCom Management degree or similar.

Language requirements: Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
