A leading company in Pretoria is seeking a skilled individual to manage tenant-landlord communications and ensure smooth operations. The role involves coordinating maintenance, processing invoices, and maintaining residential applications. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, relevant experience, and a BCom Management degree.
You will be the main contact between the tenant and the Landlord.
Ensuring all communication runs smoothly, co-ordinating any maintenance projects or requests.
Ensuring residential applications, deposits, and leases are up to date.
Processing invoices.
Experience required:
Language requirements: Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
