The Plant Operations Director will be responsible for leading all operational aspects of a large-scale manufacturing plant. This role demands a highly experienced individual with expertise in mechanical or industrial engineering and a proven track record of managing complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • Lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
