DESCRIPTION

Ruptela is looking for a Sales Manager to join our talented and driven Sales team.

We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture complete solutions and offer in-depth knowledge and support. Our goal is to help organizations worldwide manage their property effectively, save resources, and protect the environment, with a focus on exceptional quality. No challenge is too big; our clients often face complex business problems, providing our employees with opportunities to participate in interesting projects and face many challenges.

Therefore, our Sales Managers are always on the go—searching for new clients, understanding their needs, and doing everything possible to create the greatest value for their business. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively searching for new B2B clients in Africa;
  • Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships;
  • Providing help and support to clients to meet their needs and ensure an excellent customer experience;
  • Leading negotiations with clients to address current and potential challenges;
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes;
  • Representing the company and its brand positively in the marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Successful experience in active sales (minimum 2 years);
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams;
  • Persistence and strong results orientation;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Possession of a “hunter” attitude for strategic sales;
  • Responsibility and proactive approach;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Interest in IT, telecommunications, or fleet management;
  • Knowledge of transport and logistics is an advantage.

The salary range for this position starts from 2300 euro (gross) per month, plus bonuses. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the exact salary offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
