As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to take administrative ownership of the team, with a clear understanding of all processes and systems while managing client expectations.
Skills Required:
- An M&C Account Executive must possess meticulous attention to detail, driving administrative tasks seamlessly.
- Emphasis on managing tight deadlines and timings.
- Clear understanding of project plans, deadlines, next steps, and proactive flagging of concerns.
- Ability to work well with the broader team and form meaningful relationships.
- Deep understanding of the client business, competitor activity, and the account details.
- Support in providing input for new briefs and navigating studio processes to manage workflow.
- Ability to interpret brand strategies and provide insightful input.
- Compile competitor reports and supporting documentation to enhance creative briefings.
- Understanding of internal financial processes and managing financial administration on the account.

Experience Required:
- 0-3 years of experience as an Account Executive (preferably in a big agency).
- Good knowledge of media landscape (traditional - TTL, ATL & BTL & digital).
- Proficiency in PC software: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with CHASE software is a plus.
Qualification Required:
- Matric certificate with college or university exemption (Marketing or Advertising qualification preferred).
- Project Management Course.
