Job description

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Sales team to ensure daily effectiveness of the overall marketing for the brand. The candidate will thus be a key member of the marketing team in ensuring that key outputs are delivered effectively and efficiently.

POSITION INFO :

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns for the brand as well as dealers. The candidate should also be creative in efforts to effectively implement marketing strategies that the dealers can execute to increase leads and sales.

Ultimately, the candidate will ensure that their area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to the company’s success in the long run.

Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for designing, coordinating, and supporting various marketing campaigns and initiatives for the brand and all dealers to promote vehicle sales.
  2. Ensure strategies are compiled that align the marketing activities between the head office and various dealers.
  3. Work closely with Sales to ensure sales needs and marketing activities align.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with current and potential dealers and marketing teams to ensure continuous business growth. Visit dealers regularly to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Ensure the dealers are marketing according to the correct guidelines and strategies as outlined by Head Office.
  6. Assist dealers in developing strategies and tactics that increase awareness of products among target markets.
  7. Action on Customer Intelligence (CI) – collect and analyze detailed customer data from both internal and external sources to gain insights about customer needs, motivations, and behaviors.
  8. Ensure that the marketing team for both head office and various dealers are performing activities such as events, campaigns, and market research that align and support company goals.
  9. Analyze customer purchasing behaviors, trends, and preferences, and design marketing plans and campaigns to meet customer needs and increase sales leads.
  10. Ensure the production and design of promotional materials.
  11. Analyze sales data for both head office and various dealers to determine the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements :

2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
