This role will focus on translating business strategy into impactful people and organisation solutions, with a strong emphasis on operating model design and workforce strategy.Key Responsibilities : Lead business unit-level organisation design and operating model initiativesPartner with senior executives to shape and implement people strategiesDesign and implement HR products, services, and enterprise-wide solutionsGuide workforce experience design and commercialisation across channelsOperationalise and embed diversity & inclusion practicesMinimum Requirements : 10+ years experience in strategic HR, organisation design, and workforce planningRelevant B Degree (or studying toward completion); Honours / Masters preferredProven track record in partnering with senior leadership on complex org challengesStrong experience in solutioning across people, process, and systemsFinancial services industry experience (preferred)Expertise in : Operating Model & Organisation DesignStrategic Workforce PlanningCulture, Leadership & Team EffectivenessAttributes : Strong commercial acumenRespected for leading with influence and integrityKnown for driving inclusive, high-impact people practices
