Due to continued growth and project demand, they are looking to expand their engineering team with an expert in mechanical systems design.As the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing mechanical components and assemblies across a range of vehicle platforms from concept through to production.
This is a high-impact role with substantial responsibility and the opportunity to influence the design direction of innovative vehicle systems.Key Responsibilities : Lead mechanical design activities for vehicle systems and subassemblies using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks)Translate performance and functional requirements into robust, manufacturable mechanical designsConduct tolerance analyses, material selection, and design-for-manufacture reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineersProvide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineersSupport prototyping, testing, and validation activitiesEssential Requirements : Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of mechanical design experience, with a strong background in vehicle designProficiency in 3D CAD modeling and design documentationSolid understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and materialsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex design challengesExperience working in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, defense) is preferredApply now!
