Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or support retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer issues.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions, which may be technical or professional.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, record relevant information into the CRM system after each contact to support customer retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to gauge interest, and identify areas needing further information.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop and implement plans to build relationships with potential clients and facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  7. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; seek approval for exceptions.
  8. Business Development: Monitor sales and market data in specific regions to identify opportunities for growth.
  9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Build a network within the business sector, represent the organization at events, gather market intelligence, and enhance visibility.
  10. Data Exploration: Conduct research and analyze data to identify themes and trends using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
  11. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the organization to leverage relationships and ideas.
