What You Will Do

The main purpose of the Used Trucks Sales Executive is to drive retail sales of pre-owned commercial vehicles, with a focus on developing new customer bases and exploring international/export opportunities. This role is exclusively focused on end-user (retail) transactions and excludes dealer-to-dealer sales.

The incumbent will manage the full sales cycle—from generating leads and handling inquiries to securing payments and ensuring compliance with standards. Reporting to the Used Sales Director, your objectives include:

  1. Sales & Customer Acquisition: Drive retail sales, develop new customer bases, identify export opportunities, promote internal products, and understand product specifications to meet customer needs.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, guide customers through the purchase process, and encourage repeat business.
  3. Sales Administration & Delivery: Ensure accurate documentation, coordinate vehicle deliveries, secure payments, and conduct necessary assessments.
Who Are You?

  • Maximum experience in vehicle/used truck sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of local and international compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Formal qualification in sales and marketing (essential).
  • Technical diploma (desirable).
  • 5-8 years of sales experience, especially in commercial truck sales.
Working Conditions and Key Competencies

This is a performance-based role requiring regular field travel, with no office-bound duties. Key competencies include negotiation skills, customer-centric approach, excellent communication, organization, and independence.
