Job description

  • Minimum 5 to 10 Years’ Solution Sales experience of which at least 3 years’ must be from a TES Blue and White Collar Sales environment.
  • Recruitment and Selection experience.
  • Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA and Bargaining Councils).
  • New business development experience within various industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining.
  • Proven successful sales track record of securing new TES business.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential).

Preferred Requirements :

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients.
  • Willing to work under extreme pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to foster the expansion of business opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by Management.
  • Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets.
  • Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries.
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees.
  • Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure.
  • Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize networking opportunities.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Remain self-motivated and use own initiative.
