Sales Executive (ICT) position available in Ladysmith.

An opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive (ICT) is available for permanent employment based in Ladysmith, Bergville, Estcourt, Winterton, Colenso, Ezakheni.

As part of a growing branch team, this role involves building brand presence, securing new customers, and increasing market share across a wide range of cutting-edge solutions including:

  • Workplace Solutions (Document, Computing, Cloud)
  • Connectivity (Internet, VoIP, Infrastructure)
  • Printing (Office, Commercial Print & Consumables)
  • Surveillance & Access (CCTV & Access Control)
  • Energy Solutions (Solar, Generators, Back-up Supply)
  • Hardware & Software

Industry: ICT (Office Automation / Telecoms / IT / Energy Solutions).

Salary: Market related / Neg on exp / TBC.

Start Date: As soon as possible / Negotiable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and prospecting plans
  • Engage existing and new clients with a consultative sales approach
  • Build strong relationships, promote cross-selling, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Secure new business accounts while retaining customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 minimum (Post-matric qualifications beneficial)
  • Minimum 5 years proven external B2B sales experience in:
  • Office Automation, Telecoms, IT, Energy Solutions, or similar
  • Computer literate with solid MS Office & CRM usage
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation & closing skills
  • Valid driver’s licence, reliable own vehicle & cell phone
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Vryheid, Pongola, Louwsburg, Paulpietersburg, Nongoma areas
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for commission & growth
