Key Responsibilities
  1. Management of HR Team
  2. Overseeing the full HR cycle from onboarding to performance management and exits
  3. Driving the global HR strategy
  4. Championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in line with BBBBEES principles
  5. Supporting the 1 DSV culture
  6. Talent reviews and succession planning
  7. Budgeting and cost management
  8. Providing guidance on HR matters
  9. Monitoring HR goals such as employee retention, cost efficiency, legal compliance, and performance management
  10. Ensuring effective completion of HR initiatives driven by global teams
  11. Collaborating with department heads on headcount and recruitment costs
  12. Enforcing HR policies and procedures
  13. Overseeing employee relations and fair labor practices
  14. Managing training initiatives for compliance and quality
  15. Overseeing employee wellness programs
  16. Coordinating psychometric testing (e.g., Saville tests)
  17. Participating in the EXCO at DSV Healthcare
  18. Planning and implementing HR activities
  19. Providing guidance on HR policies and people management issues
  20. Implementing collective agreements and ensuring adherence
  21. Driving employee satisfaction surveys and engagement initiatives
  22. Supporting rewards and recognition programs
  23. Managing change initiatives
Minimum Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR
  • 15 years of HR generalist experience
  • At least 5 years in HR GM or senior management roles
  • Experience managing a team, including an HR Manager
