Overview

Job Purpose

The ICE Mortgage Technology's Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organization's best practices, the consultant will aid in the design, building, and delivery of the solution. The consultant will also assist in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver solutions for customer's critical business functions
• Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines
• Utilize ICE Mortgage Technology's solutions automation to streamline customer processes
• Identify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve them
• Recommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions
• Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry
• Up to 50% travel availability

Knowledge and Experience

• Encompass experience required
• Mortgage Banking or Financial Services Technology experience required
• Project Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication required
• Implementation of enterprise software experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Solutions preferred

Remote Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $145,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
