Oracle Functional Analyst (Payroll & HR)

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst specializing in Payroll and HR modules to join our team. This role involves analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gather business requirements, analyze, and document functional specifications to ensure incidents/issues are recorded for future reference.
  2. Identify, recommend, and initiate application enhancement requests to address changing business needs.
Requirements:
  1. National Diploma in Information Technology or relevant Business qualification (NQF Level 6).
  2. Valid Driver’s License.
  3. Certificate in Business Analysis.
  4. Five (5) years of Functional Analyst/support experience within Oracle modules.
  5. Basic SQL experience.
  6. Understanding of business and system processes.
  7. Knowledge of relevant Oracle Modules (HRMS, Payroll).
  8. Knowledge of application implementation methodology (AIM).
  9. Understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., Income Tax Act) is desirable.
