Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12
• Qualification: Logistics or Operations Diploma
• Experience: 5 years in operations
• Other: Code 08 Driver’s Licence, Own Vehicle, Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage services within the Branch Asset Management
2. Customer visits, liaison, problem solving, and HACCP compliance
3. Support PCOs regarding HACCP clients and standards
4. Vehicle maintenance and checklists
5. Supervise loading and unloading of stock
6. Oversee health & safety procedures with safety representatives
7. Achieve KPIs related to handheld device usage and service timeliness
8. Manage installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals
9. Control stock and warehouse inventory, including contract consumables
10. Staff management and training
11. Attend client site meetings
12. Manage and update safety files at client sites
13. Coordinate employee medicals and inductions to ensure certifications are current
14. Perform other reasonable tasks as needed

Salary Range

R16,000.00 to R18,000.00 CTC
