ENVIRONMENT : Since the early s, our client has been a leader in the wound care scene in South Africa, offering top-notch service and support through a dedicated, well-trained national sales team.

Their R&D team is focused on creating high-quality, advanced wound care products.

They are now seeking a driven, ambitious, and organized Junior Sales Representative, fluent in Afrikaans and English, to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will promote, grow, and secure their market share of innovative wound care products, building strong, ethical relationships and driving sales growth with healthcare professionals and key hospitals.DUTIES : Promoting current and new products.Actively identifying business opportunities to sell all products.Meeting and exceeding annual budgets.Demonstrating a consistent work methodology focused on achieving targets.Growing new business in the territory.Maintaining and expanding accounts.Working responsibly in the field.Being goal-driven and a team player.Management by Objectives : Planning effectively to achieve sales and marketing objectives.Taking responsibility for following through on objectives.Being accountable for outputs and performance.Managing personal workload efficiently.Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in the company's CRM system, with regular feedback.Reporting : Recording daily sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Providing weekly progress reports.Preparing weekly planning schedules.Submitting monthly forecasts in a timely manner.Attending all business meetings.Administrative Tasks : Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time, including reports, leave forms, and expense claims.Managing and taking ownership of stock, following security protocols when entering hospitals and institutionspleting weekly review and planning reports.Assisting with tenders when required.Collaboration : Building and maintaining business relationships.Providing excellent pre- and post-sales service.Maintaining a client visit rate as directed by the National Sales Manager.Visiting theatre management, CSSD, and procurement weekly to discuss products, stock, solve problems, and collect orders.Conducting oneself professionally at all times.REQUIREMENTS : Post-matric or relevant qualification.At least 1 year of relevant experience.Fluent in English and Afrikaans.ATTRIBUTES : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not required).While we aim to respond to all applications, if you are not contacted within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
