KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
2. Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety.
3. Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
4. Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
5. Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence.
6. Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential Education: Enrolled Nurse Certificate.

Desired Education: For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific specialty areas.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential Minimum Experience: None.

Desired Experience: 1 year post-qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit.
