Position: Administrator Endpoint Security

In line with our dedication to customer-centricity, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as an Administrator Endpoint Security, part of our #Unstoppables. The role of a Microsoft Security Administrator has become essential as the digital landscape faces increasing cyber threats.

The Microsoft Security Administrator acts as the organization's cybersecurity champion, utilizing a suite of Microsoft security products to defend against cyberattacks. The focus includes configuring robust access controls and security policies across the Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Azure AD (Entra).

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Administer, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to protect Microsoft-based systems.
  2. Manage and monitor security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Centre, and Microsoft Intune.
  3. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  4. Support the integration of Microsoft Defender with existing IT infrastructure.
  5. Configure security policies within Microsoft Defender to meet organizational needs.
  6. Support and administer initiatives related to Microsoft Security Solutions.
  7. Maintain security technology and respond to security incidents.
  8. Provide support and guidance on security best practices to end-users.
  9. Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure Security Centre, and Microsoft Intune.
  10. Support Azure Active Directory roles, policies, and conditional access.
  11. Perform vulnerability scans and security incident investigations.
  12. Document security configurations, incidents, and procedures.
  13. Prepare security reports for management.
  14. Contribute to security strategy alignment and propose new security tools.
  15. Continuously improve security processes based on emerging threats.

Qualifications include an IT Diploma or Degree, with preferred certifications such as MS-, MD-, SC-, or AZ- Security+ and Network+. The candidate should have at least 3 years of IT administration experience, with extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, and related tools. Deep knowledge of Microsoft security features, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows OS, and Azure environments is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft solutions, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
