What We Offer?
A two-year practical training on a paid, fixed term contract, where successful candidates get exposed to the forestry operation practices and activities.

Your Profile Requirements:
• BSc Degree/ BTech or National Diploma in Forestry.
• Valid code EB driver’s license.
• Sound knowledge of Forestry.
• Final year students awaiting their results for the 2025 academic year may also apply if they meet the above requirements.
• Practical exposure (vacation work) will be advantageous.

Key Performance Areas:
• Operational planning which includes the compilation of annual and monthly plans.
• Effective management of contactors to achieve annual and monthly operational targets
• Ensuring compliance to safety and occupational health legal and certification (PEFC and FSC) requirements.
• Efficient conducting of operational audits (e.g. harvesting, nursey and silviculture).
• Successful team integration (i.e. firefighting operations).
