Business Analyst

Our client is urgently in search of an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Under the direction of a supervisor, perform research and requirements gathering; process analysis; investigation of existing functionality; gap analysis; participation in the design of new functionality; ensure functionality/products satisfy the client requirements.
2. Participate in project walkthroughs: business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, functional test plans and implementation sessions.
3. Prepare details to use case descriptions for the development team to implement the solution's key functionality.
4. Perform product testing to ensure product quality is maintained.
5. Contribute to the implementation of new products and communicate effectively between internal and external stakeholders to ensure product satisfaction is maintained.
6. Provide user training.
7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
8. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
9. Prepare SLA or other reports required on client account status.
10. Provide first-line support to SLA clients.
11. Collaborate with the development team to create Statements of Work, where required.
12. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
13. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Requirements:

1. 5+ Years of experience
2. Excellent communicator
3. Attention to detail.
4. Able to facilitate client meetings.
5. Able to create high-quality work products.
6. Able to conduct detailed analysis using relevant tools.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Able to deal in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
9. Understands the underlying data requirements to operate digital processes.
10. Experience in developing business cases.
