Drive Your Career Forward with a Leading OEM

Join a leading vehicle manufacturer as a Dealer Administrator and Planner. Support the OEM and Dealer Sales Department by coordinating sales activities and maintaining dealer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with dealers and manage relations.
  2. Plan and allocate stock efficiently.
  3. Process orders and track sales performance.
  4. Compile reports and facilitate communication between OEM and dealers.

Remuneration: R – R per annum, including benefits such as Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Cell Phone Allowance, and 13th Cheque.

Additional Duties:

  • Support vehicle stock management and coordinate with logistics providers.
  • Assist in setting sales and stock targets.
  • Develop reporting frameworks for dealer stock procurement and forecasting.
  • Distribute sales reports and perform data analysis to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric; Diploma in Business Administration is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Willing to work overtime and travel occasionally; own transport is essential.
