Job description

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role where you'll bring deep technical expertise, lead renewable energy projects, and influence strategic decisions for clients across the public and private sectors.

You'll work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside energy analysts, project managers, and environmental specialists to shape a cleaner, more resilient future.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee feasibility studies, design, and implementation of renewable energy systems
2. Provide expert technical guidance on solar PV, onshore/offshore wind, and/or battery storage projects
3. Conduct site assessments, energy yield simulations, and performance analysis
4. Support clients with permitting, grid integration, and regulatory compliance
5. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, practical solutions to sustainability challenges

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, ideally in a consulting environment
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale renewable energy projects from concept to commissioning
• Strong knowledge of industry tools (e.g., PVsyst, WindPro, HOMER, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Passion for sustainability and continuous innovation
