Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving business change that delivers value through structured project implementation within the Lend, Climate, and ESG Data and Analytics Office, managing constraints of time, resources, budget, and scope.
  2. Managing complex cross-segment data and analytics projects involving various stakeholders.
  3. Developing and managing project roadmaps, assessing resource needs, and managing steering committees for cross-segment initiatives.
  4. Overseeing project resources—including personnel, procurement, systems, time, and budget—from initiation to completion.
  5. Continuously developing expertise in industry and subject matter, including data migration and reporting optimization related to lending, ESG, and climate risk.
  6. Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders for expectation management and reporting.
  7. Leading indirect teams by providing context, setting standards, and educating on processes.
  8. Ensuring quality delivery aligned with standards, procedures, SLAs, and project plans.
  9. Implementing governance and compliance procedures to identify and manage risks.
  10. Contributing to project budgeting, controlling, and reporting.
  11. Assisting in creating and executing change management plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  12. Maintaining project documentation to support delivery and audit requirements.
  13. Preparing project progress reports for executive audiences.
  14. Supporting management of the Lend Data and Analytics Exco.
  15. Supporting ad-hoc tasks within the office that align with skillsets.
Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Project Management, BCom Degree, or Information Management qualification.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with Confluence, Miro-boards, CO-Pilot (advantageous).
  • Senior stakeholder management exposure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Innovative mindset.
