Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Odoo Developer who is passionate about software development and eager to grow in the ERP space. In this role, you'll assist in building and customizing Odoo applications that streamline real business processes. You’ll work with senior developers and project managers on full-cycle projects, learning to design, code, test, and deploy systems that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules
• Participate in bug fixing and testing activities
• Support in developing backend logic and workflows using Python and Odoo framework
• Work with frontend elements using XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Help integrate third-party tools and services with Odoo
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to documentation and training

Ideal Candidate

• A recent graduate or junior developer with a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Some experience with Python programming (personal projects or academic work are welcome)
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Exposure to Odoo is a plus—but not required
• Eagerness to learn, solve problems, and work on real projects
• Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a team
