Description
Responsibilities include:
- Positively uphold the AVBOB brand at all times.
- Arrange and execute funerals in line with AVBOB standards and client needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer service for AVBOB clients.
- Manage the operations of the branch.
- Ensure the funeral branch complies with legislative requirements.
- Oversee infrastructure, including buildings, fleet, and operational equipment, according to AVBOB standards.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and development for branch staff.
- Drive business focus to achieve set business targets.
Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
- Relevant post-matric qualification related to business.
- Computer literacy.
Skills Required:
- Business acumen in operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- People management skills.
- Experience in the funeral industry is advantageous.
- Financial management experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Compliance with FAIS legislation for registration as fit and proper individuals.
- Clear criminal and credit record (ITC).
- Experience in sales, retail, or business development roles.
