Job Title: Technical Manager

We are hiring a Technical Manager with solid experience and knowledge of stone and citrus fruit.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Logistics, Supply Chain, or Agriculture Degree / Diploma
3. At least 5 years of technical experience dealing with stone and citrus fruit

Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and retain a strong producer network for procurement.
2. Generate precise pre- and post-season yield estimates.
3. Oversee harvesting and packing operations efficiently.
4. Minimize the incidence of non-conforming deliveries.
5. Guarantee adherence to all Food Safety protocols.
6. Offer comprehensive technical assistance to growers.
7. Administer all grower-related documentation and processes.
