As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented, confident, and motivated individual with strong negotiation skills to join our team as a Sourcing Analyst within our Group Services Division.

Location and Reporting

The role will be based in Westville and report to the Sourcing Manager.

Role Responsibilities

RCL FOODS entrusts the Sourcing Analyst to support the Sourcing Manager by analyzing spend across the Group, completing Category Strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will evaluate proposals, complete decision matrices as per the specific Category Strategy, and manage Group contracts within the category to ensure Business needs are met with the best value proposals. The role also involves increasing contract coverage and spending across the Group within the category through ongoing engagement with business line managers and supply planners, as well as analyzing spend behavior.

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in commerce, data management, supply chain management, or a related field
  • High proficiency with MS Office, with advanced skills in Power BI
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field with a focus on advanced data analytics
  • Valid Code EB driver’s license
  • Proven success in providing data and analytics insights that add value
  • Ability to derive insights from data analysis, communicate effectively, and influence peers and superiors
