Job description

Purpose Of The Job

To drive technology innovation and transformation in IT, leading Agile teams and innovation activities. Responsible for managing the PMO function, supporting digital business transformation by identifying emerging trends and evolving Enterprise Architecture to incorporate new technologies, modernize platforms, and digital services. The role reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Key Performance Areas
  1. Develop and lead the technology strategy to oversee the adoption of new technology for the FSCA.
  2. Establish a technological vision for the FSCA and lead its technological development.
  3. Define requirements for acquiring technology applications, services, systems, and equipment; negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  4. Manage the FSCA’s innovation process from ideation to successful implementation.
  5. Lead product and engineering teams in developing new products and enhancing existing ones.
  6. Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets for operations, capital expenditures, staffing, and procurement.
  7. Build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Ensure effective communication with employees and stakeholders regarding technology development and usage.
  9. Collaborate with business owners and the CIO to align technology solutions with business needs.
  10. Assist executive management in adopting innovative technologies to improve efficiency and performance.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, innovation, attention to detail, customer focus, and a blend of business and IT skills. Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence others, and negotiate effectively.
