Job Description
  1. Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients / Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
  2. Act as a Private Clients Advisor.
  3. Represent FNB, the home of the #changeables, designing solutions for shapeshifters and delivering pride-inspiring products and services.
  4. Contribute to improving clients' lives through simple, effective solutions that meet their needs.
Are you someone who can:
  1. Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on wealth creation and accumulation.
  2. Increase VSI and drive client retention using Money Management principles.
  3. Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
  4. Assist with profit growth by effectively managing the leads pipeline.
  5. Produce high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Minimum Qualification: Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
  2. RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business) - Essential.
  3. Preferred Qualification: Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
  4. Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales or service within a financial environment.
  5. Strong background in Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management.
