Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling jobs and filling orders. You will handle various warehouse responsibilities and learn a variety of skills to meet all warehouse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and prepare merchandise for entry into warehouse stock.
2. Accurately pull all jobs and fill orders.
3. Perform inventories to ensure accuracy.
4. Process back orders and correct inventories as needed.
5. Receive deliveries from UPS and FedEx as required.
6. Maintain visual presentation standards through restocking, re-merchandising, dusting, and cleaning.
7. Respond to customer issues using good judgment and problem-solving skills within your scope of work.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience, preferably with solid warehousing/inventory knowledge and at least six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Capability to stock at various racking levels using step-stools or ladders.
• Ability to handle product on conveyor belts, trucks, and shelving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background, driving, and drug screening.
