KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide direct project and general administrative support to the People and Culture function.
  • Support the People Director with meeting and diary management.
  • Manage procurement processes via e-Buy, including order capturing, POs, and follow-up.
  • Handle supplier contracts and amendments on eContract, ensuring stakeholder approval.
  • Process invoices through Invoicing Workflow and maintain records for reconciliation.
  • Book travel arrangements and process expenses using My Travel and Concur.
  • Assist with spreadsheets, presentation slides, and data gathering for projects.
  • Coordinate paperwork and administration for International Mobility Cases.
  • Take minutes for P&C Team meetings and as directed by the People Director.
  • Manage logistics for Employment Equity committee meetings and act as Secretary.
  • Assist with P&C events such as Year-end Functions and Wellness Days.
  • Perform general admin and ad hoc tasks, including monthly filing.
  • Update organogram quarterly on PowerPoint and conduct job description audits.
ABOUT YOU :
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Recent graduate (fully qualified) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in HR or administrative functions is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Business English.
  • Proactive in initiating communications, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Maintains confidentiality, trust, integrity, and resilience.
  • Attention to detail, results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Ability to use initiative within the role's framework and work as part of a team.
