Job description

Well-established recruitment agency based in Bedfordview requires a well-organized individual with good typing and administration skills. This position is hybrid after the onboarding process, which lasts 3-4 months.

Position Info:
  • Matric and computer literacy are required
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment industry administration experience
  • Proficient PC skills and ability to work quickly on the keyboard
  • Experience with Placement Partner software system is required
Purpose of the Role:
  • Type, collate, and process raw CVs into the correct format onto the Placement Partner database
  • Accurately capture candidate information
  • Assist consultants with preparing candidate profiles on the internal software system, Placement Partner
  • Manage and screen switchboard calls
  • Manage applicant registers
  • Control candidate photographs and upload onto Placement Partner
  • Assist with job postings and advertisements
Additional Adhoc Duties:
