Job description

The primary role of an Integrated Producer is to be a good communicator, motivator, and project manager with an innate ability to 'get things done'. Producers should be able to advise teams and clients on best practices, production processes, schedules, and pricing, while building strong, resilient relationships along the way.

An Integrated Producer should be able to stand in for the HOD of Production in the event of his / her absence.

Key responsibilities

1. Producing concept work before the project is live, including Animatics, Mood Films, and photographic productions.
2. Continuously exploring cutting-edge production processes.
3. Managing all third-party relationships throughout the production process to ensure strong collaboration and high-quality moving content work that meets the brief.
4. Managing mid to high-end production budgets and overseeing budget preparations and related administration, in line with client and agency expectations.
5. Partnering with Finance on Purchase Orders, billable costs, and personnel investments.
6. Delivering quality work according to specifications, on schedule and within budget, across all media channels. Awareness of rules surrounding usage fees, talent, contracts, and shooting abroad, where applicable.
7. Presenting ideas and routes to the client and internal teams.
