Role Overview

The Senior Analyst is a key member of the reporting team, responsible for creating high-quality, client-facing reports and leading strategic data analysis efforts. You will manage complex campaigns and larger clients, collaborating across departments to ensure insights are clearly communicated to both internal teams and clients.

You will mentor analysts, ensuring accuracy, strategic alignment, and storytelling excellence in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advanced Reporting & Insight Generation: Lead comprehensive reports for high-priority clients, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights to craft impactful narratives. Ensure alignment with client and brand objectives, providing actionable recommendations.
  2. Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategies and decision-making. Use advanced techniques to focus on ROI, campaign performance, and business impact. Stay updated with industry trends and benchmarks.
  3. Reporting Framework Development: Support building and reviewing reporting frameworks, including cadence, processes, and timelines, in collaboration with the Delivery team.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate collaboration between Reporting, Sales, Creative, and Data Science teams. Present insights internally and to clients, ensuring strategic value is understood.
  5. Mentoring & Development: Guide peers and junior team members in analytical skills and storytelling. Review reports to maintain high standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
