General Summary

The Oral & Fem Care Group Marketing Manager for AMET (Africa, Middle East, and Turkey) is responsible for driving growth for Fem Care (Stayfree, Carefree) and Oral Care (Listerine) brands within the cluster. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, Essential Health AMET.

Internally, you will be a key partner to both Regional (EMEA) and Global marketing teams and work closely with AMET commercial teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning: Fully accountable for delivering NTS, GP, and share targets for the year, and shaping 2-3 year plans. Lead cross-functional teams in creating robust end-to-end plans. Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities and revise plans as needed. Monitor market, brand performance, competitors, trends, and consumer insights to inform strategies.
  2. Deep Market Understanding: Gain insights into share and sales performance drivers to refine marketing tactics.
  3. Long-term Planning: Lead the 3-year Operating Plan for Neutrogena and Aveeno.
  4. Pipeline and Innovation: Collaborate with regional squads on pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, and commercial innovations. Manage portfolio strategies, pricing, promotions, and communication across the cluster.
  5. Communication Strategy Deployment: Lead communication planning, media strategy, and content development. Adapt regional/global campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with local teams and healthcare professionals.
  6. Product Launches and Portfolio Expansion: Provide insights for new product development based on local market knowledge. Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovations to AMET, assess potential, and develop business cases. Leverage launch tools and adapt them to regional needs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing with progressive leadership roles and proven business results.
  • Strong FMCG brand management experience.
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in brand strategy and market execution.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in developing regional multi-country plans.
  • Proven success in marketing strategy and program execution.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent or native English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
