Our national client within the Transport / Logistics sector is looking to appoint a Fleet Monitoring Clerk for their branch in Centurion.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Some operations experience within a warehouse / transport environment is required

Candidates must be available to work on any shift and have reliable transport arrangements to meet these requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all dispatched vehicles are accurately captured on the system as per the daily distribution plan
• Monitoring and updating all vehicles along their routes until their return to the depot
• Communicating route deviations, offloading issues, breakdowns, and incidents to management
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data entry
• Coordinating with stores regarding delivery details and requirements
• Managing scheduled backhaul loads
• Ensuring trucks return as per planned times
• Assisting with store requests, dispatching, and other operational tasks as needed
