At BVNK, we are pioneering the integration of AI across our operations, and we're looking for an AI Automation Engineer - Compliance & Risk to lead this effort.

This role focuses on embedding AI solutions to automate compliance monitoring, regulatory tracking, and workflows within the business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that support compliance automation, streamline monitoring processes, flag non-compliance issues, and enable real-time reporting, all while maintaining high regulatory standards.

This position will significantly impact BVNK's ability to scale operations efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities :

1. AI Integration for Compliance Automation : Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams to identify areas for AI-based automation, such as compliance tracking, regulatory reporting, and risk management.
2. Workflow Automation : Develop AI-driven systems to automate routine compliance tasks, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
3. Data Analysis & Compliance Optimization : Use machine learning and AI to analyze regulatory data, identify risks, and suggest proactive strategies.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with legal, compliance, engineering, and product teams to ensure AI solutions meet standards and operational needs.
5. AI Model Development & Refinement : Build, test, and improve models for risk detection, compliance analysis, and reporting.
6. Continuous Improvement : Keep AI solutions up-to-date with regulatory changes and performance feedback.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably in compliance or RegTech.
• Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of compliance workflows, risk assessment, and automation in fintech.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java.
• Experience with large datasets, NLP, and text mining techniques.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI in compliance.
