We are seeking a dynamic FMCG Market and Sales Specialist to lead business growth initiatives in the FMCG and media sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and implementing effective go-to-market strategies.

This is a strategic role focused on unlocking new opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG market.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and lead generation channels, including digital platforms and B2B / B2C campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and market positioning.
  5. Provide data-driven insights through market research and reporting to support decision-making.
  6. Attend industry events and stay current with FMCG and media trends.
  7. Contribute to talent development by mentoring junior team members and sharing industry knowledge.
  8. Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives.
  9. Report on sales pipeline activity, outcomes, and strategic improvements to leadership.
Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales Management, Business Management, or a related field; OR 5+ years' relevant experience.
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in advertising / media to the FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales models.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
