This one-year program combines classroom training and on-the-job exposure across all contact points with the Bank’s customers. As a learner, you will be expected to demonstrate:

• Strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up emphasis

• High professionalism and courteousness, with the ability to work under pressure
• A self-starter with a hands-on mentality

Programme Details
