Job Description

Absa Home Loans Collections offers a learnership opportunity to talented, enthusiastic young individuals passionate about utilizing technology to empower customers. This one-year program combines classroom training and on-the-job exposure across all contact points with the Bank’s customers. As a learner, you will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up emphasis
  • Ability to work well in a team, listen, and communicate effectively
  • High professionalism and courteousness, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A self-starter with a hands-on mentality
  • Commitment to complete all academic modules and on-the-job training over 12 months
Essential Requirements

  • Copies of certificates, identity card, and proof of address
  • South African citizen or permanent resident
  • Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification

Programme Details
  • Duration: 12 months, full-time commitment required
