• Process Theory Knowledge
• Crushing, screening, conveying, stacking, and reclaiming; gravity separation (Jigging); deslimes and degrid cyclones; water recovery (thickeners); tailing disposal; sampling; dust suppression and extraction; online analyser
• Formal Technical Knowledge and Training
• Process flow and instrumentation diagrams for:
• Bruce primary and secondary crushing
• Overland conveyor and ROM stacking
• Ongrade wash and screening
• Offgrade wash and screening
• Beneficiation
• High-pressure roller crusher
• Product conveying and stacking
• Process water and slime handling
• Automated process control philosophy
• Maintenance management
• Root cause analysis, report writing, problem solving, trend analysis
