• Knowing your Part C's from your Part T's (SANS 10400)
• Site visits, coordination and inspections
• Being a vital part of a project team and coordinating information amongst consultants

• Attention to detail and documentation standards

The following is a plus, but not a requirement

• Being a Revit Autodesk whiz
• 2 years experience minimum
