Provide over-the-counter sales and administration functions of parts stock.

Requirements

Minimum Education / Training

  • Grade 12

Minimum Work Experience

  • 1 year sales and administration experience.
  • Parts sales experience is essential.
Key Performance Areas
  • Ensure stable availability of stock by ordering stock in line with branch procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock counting and stocktaking.
  • Manage stock control and stock rotation of old and new stock.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Identify and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Process payments of accounts and collect payments via cash, credit cards, etc.
  • Handle sales and returns according to established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and safety legislation.
  • Maintain stock in a safe condition.
