High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

  • Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate
  • Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
  • Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
  • Cheap agents who sell policies costing $30-50-70/month
  • People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

  • Agents who are competent, articulate, and can communicate effectively
  • Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.
