We are looking for a
Bashstore Operations Coordinator to join our Bash team! As a co-ordinator member, you will assist the Operations Partner in expanding and maintaining our omnichannel network. This includes supporting the onboarding, training, and integration of stores into the Bash Store endless aisle offering. You will ensure stores are equipped to operate effectively, adhere to established SOPs, and provide the high-quality service our customers expect.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Store Support Store Operations:
- Assist in onboarding new stores into the endless aisle omnichannel network by ensuring all required technology and tools are in place.
- Support the Operations Partner in delivering comprehensive training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct refresher training sessions for stores to maintain operational excellence and address any gaps in understanding.
- Provide on-site or virtual guidance during the initial stages of store integration to ensure smooth transitions
Support Store Operations:
- Respond promptly to day-to-day operational inquiries from store managers and staff, offering solutions to ensure objectives are met.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system or process-related issues, escalating complex matters to the Operations Partner when necessary.
- Help investigate root causes of recurring problems and contribute to implementing corrective actions to prevent them in the future.
- Communicate operational updates, new processes, and changes to store teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Provide hands-on support for implementing change management initiatives by encouraging buy-in from store teams and addressing any resistance to changes.
Ongoing Stores Success:
- Collaborate with store teams to identify challenges affecting adoption and growth, offering tailored solutions to improve performance.
- Track store engagement and provide feedback on their progress, highlighting opportunities for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with store teams, serving as a reliable point of contact for support and guidance.
- Monitor store compliance with SOPs and key performance indicators, sharing insights and recommendations with the Operations Partner.
- Assist in creating reports and performance updates to track adoption and operational success across stores.
- Proactively identify low-adoption or struggling stores and support initiatives to drive engagement and growth
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a training and support role
- 1+ years in a retail environment
- Understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel retailing
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving ops support queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role ensures that junior support directly contributes to seamless operations, training effectiveness, and the success of store teams within the omnichannel network.
