Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end procurement function, ensuring optimal stock availability, cost efficiency, and supplier performance across all branches. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the national procurement team.
• Creating and executing procurement strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyzing stock trends, forecasting needs, and recommending imports.
• Managing supplier relationships and evaluating their performance.
• Ensuring compliance with stock availability targets, ISO standards, and BBBEE requirements.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.
• Overseeing stock levels, aged stock, and product lifecycle management.
• Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to procurement and legislative policies.
• Driving price efficiency and continuous improvement across all procurement processes.

Minimum Requirements:
- BCom degree
- 5 years of senior procurement management experience.
- Proven experience in team management and strategic procurement planning.
