Role Overview

The role of the Project Manager is to manage and coordinate all activities with all entities involved. This includes:

1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the projects.
2. Carrying out policies and operating within the guidelines set.
3. Making recommendations to management to ensure that the projects make effective and efficient use of resources.
