Core Group is a dynamic and innovative Consumer Technology company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are expanding our team and seeking a Channel Operations Representative to optimize our channel operations and enhance partner relationships.

Position Overview

As a Channel Operations Representative, you will support our channel partners and ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include managing daily interactions with partners, providing support, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Channel Partner Support: Act as the primary contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  2. Order Processing and Fulfilment: Manage order processes from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Inventory / Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock availability.
  4. Sales Support: Support sales activities by providing materials, reports, and tracking performance.
  5. Training and Onboarding: Assist in onboarding and training new partners with necessary resources.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and report findings to management.
  7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes.
  8. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  9. Merchandising: Execute marketing enforcement and manage retail merchandising.
Requirements
  • Matric Certificate is compulsory.
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in channel management, operations, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate training and work with large groups.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of technology and channel management is preferred.
