Job Description

Responsibilities :

  1. Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
  2. Adhere to stock loss controls in store.
  3. Ensure individual targets are met consistently.
  4. Maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
  5. Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
  6. Create an inspiring environment. Have fun.
Job Requirements

Behavioural requirements :

Minimum requirements :

  1. 6 months of retail experience.
  2. Matric or Equivalent.
  3. Clear Criminal record.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively.
  5. Knowledge of current clothing trends / outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for).
