Job Description

As a Team Manager, you will:

  1. Manage performance and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members to understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  3. Develop effective strategies based on data reports and observations that impact the bottom line.
  4. Identify training needs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
