Job Opportunity: Operations and Systems Support Administrator

Location: Online (remote) – may be required to go in office as and when required.

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you a detail-oriented and efficient professional looking for an opportunity to support operations and systems within a dynamic environment? Lanline Technologies is seeking an Operations and Systems Support Administrator who will uphold professionalism, loyalty, and efficiency while contributing to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with projects and cases on our CRM system (Vtiger), administering sales orders and managing migrations.
  2. Follow up on orders, update projects, and report any irregularities throughout the process until completion.
  3. Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained from customers, maintaining thorough project records.
  4. Conduct courtesy calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate the cancellation of Finance house documents.
  5. Place orders with Fibre Network Providers, coordinating and ensuring smooth processing.
  6. Communicate via WhatsApp for internal communication to ensure seamless interaction with team members.
  7. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
  4. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  5. Familiarity with VTiger or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  6. Understanding of fibre network providers and order processes is beneficial.
  7. Must have own phone to support internal communication via WhatsApp.
  8. Commitment to professionalism and company values.
